Question: Can I write an offer or accept an offer on a Coming Soon Listing that is in the MLS?

Answer: Yes, offers can be written and accepted on Coming Soon Listings that are in the MLS, as long as the property has not been shown. Once the offer is accepted the listing agent must make the property Active in the MLS and immediately enter the listing as Contingent or Pending. If the offer does not go through the Listing many not go back into the Coming Soon status.
